According to a release over their official Facebook Page, the iPhone 4 will be available starting 24th September 2010 in the Kland Valley, and nationwide on the 25th September 2010. Maxis also made a courages move in introducing their iValue and iData plans for the iPhone 4, which will give Digi a direct advantage to lower their prices.
Below are the iData plan list of the iPhone 4 by Maxis (click to enlarge):
This is followed by the iValue plan, also for the iPhone 4 by Maxis below (click to enlarge):
Although both the iData and iValue plans do seem similar to the previous Maxis iPhone 3GS plans, but these plans are notably more flexible, which I believe to be Maxis's way to curb DiGi's lower price on their plans. Nonetheless, with DiGi soon to release their iPhone 4 plan, it would be very interesting to see which would eventually win the customers over. It is also interesting to note that Maxis has introduced a contract upgrade option for existing users which will enable them to extend their contract and get the iPhone.
